They did such an amazing job, we had them back to paint our first floor in July 2026.  Our walls, ceiling and trim were showing wear and tear after 17 years, and we also wanted to brighten up the space.  They painted all walls, ceiling and trim on the first floor.  They also painted the walls, ceiling and trim in an upstairs hallway and bathroom.  Once again, they did an amazing job!  We love Phellipe and Pink Elephant!  We highly recommend them! We asked if he could add a couple of things that we thought of later (stripping two railings and patching an old dog door).  He said no problem and did a perfect job on those items too. Do you install concrete slabs?

No. We coat existing concrete. If your slab needs structural repair or replacement, we can point you to a concrete contractor and come in after.

How long does the installation take?

It depends on the floor size, repairs, selected system and site conditions. We discuss the installation schedule after assessing the slab and provide separate instructions for foot traffic, vehicles and equipment.

Will it peel like a hardware-store kit?

Preparation and product selection matter. We assess moisture, grind the concrete and specify a system for the slab. No coating can overcome every underlying condition, which is why we explain repairs, limitations and warranty terms before installation.

Can you coat over existing epoxy?

We inspect the existing coating and its bond to the concrete first. Loose or incompatible material may need removal. The required preparation is included in your written scope.

Does it get slippery when wet?

A wet coated floor can be slippery. We discuss the texture and traction options for your space, along with cleaning and use. No finish should be treated as slip-proof.

Can you install a floor coating in winter?

The slab and air conditions need to meet the selected product requirements. We assess the space, temperature and moisture before confirming whether the work can proceed and what site preparation is needed.

How do I keep the floor clean?

Follow the care instructions for your installed system. Remove grit regularly, clean spills promptly and use compatible cleaning products. We explain when cleaning can begin after the coating cures.

What if my basement has a moisture problem?

We test and review the slab before recommending a coating. If moisture treatment is needed, we discuss that separately. A decorative coating is not a substitute for resolving an underlying water problem.

Do you provide a written warranty?

Yes. The warranty is provided in writing for your installed system. Its duration, coverage, conditions and exclusions are reviewed before work begins.
